This is a cocktail bar, nothing wrong with that, just not my style. It was bit quiet on this visit, a Tuesday after work as usual. There’s an understated trendiness to the decor, not over the top like Amicus Apple.
Sorry for the terse write-up, I’m trying to finally catch up with the backlog.
Kegs: Guinness, Coors Light, Cobra, Tennent’s Lager. Bottles: Sol, Heineken, Peroni, Grolsch, Innis & Gunn, Bulmers, Rekorderlig – £3.50 to £4.15.
There’s a long list of cocktails ranging from £7 to £10. Amy seemed to enjoy her “Pornstar Martini” (£7.50).
Our round was £23.15 for 2 Tennent’s, 1 Guinness, a bottle of Innis & Gunn and a cocktail, so around £3.90 per pint.
Nothing I could see.
Music was a mixture of pop, dancy pish, Barenaked Ladies, Amy Winehouse. Pretty random.
There are covered seats outside.
